Learn how to make one of France's most popular dessert !
If you’ve never eaten a clafoutis before, it is a creamy, custard-based French dessert filled with fresh fruits, or in our case, cherries.
Here is a recipe from renowned chef Guy Savoy.
For a 24cm bake form :
-600g cherries (they have to be ripe and sweet)
-100g almond powder
-300g crème fraîche (the thick one)
-100g of whole milk
-1 vanilla pod
