Salmon

4x120g salmon fillets with skin on

2 green tea bags or matcha powder

salt and paper

300g basmati rice

400g tin of coconut milk

1/2 lemon
Vegetables

200g mangetout or green peas

200g broccoli

300g bok choy or any green veggie you like

1 red chilli

3cm ginger

1 tbs miso paste

1 tsp honey

2 tbs light soy sauce

large handful coriander
